Non-Disclosure Agreement - In business there are numerous instances when a party (referred to as the Disclosing Party) may want to share confidential information with the other party (referred to as the Receiving Party). In such a situation, the Disclosing Party would want its confidential information to be adequately protected from disclosure to other parties, especially it's business competitors.
